All my life I was taught to look outward, to be interested in what is happening outside, to check what’s popular, to be updated with technology and other worldly news, I have rarely taken any time to look within and examine my mind on a deeper level. Vipassana – an Indian Brain surgery All I knew about vipassana was this: 10 days meditation course in an isolated retreat. You are expected to avoid any contact with others (Including eye contact) and remain within a small area of the course site.
